Description

The iDEAL PSB-SSDD26-LED-UPGRDKIT is a direct-fit LED retrofit for iDEAL semi downdraft and side downdraft paint spray booths. It replaces the original fluorescent fixtures with LDPI two-row LED units rated at 5,000K CCT, giving a brighter, more color-accurate work environment for color matching and finish inspection.

LDPI is a dedicated paint spray booth lighting manufacturer, and these fixtures are engineered specifically for booth interiors — not repurposed shop or warehouse LED panels. The kit drops into the existing fixture cutouts with no ballasts and no layout changes, so booth downtime during the swap is minimal.

Beyond the brightness gain, the operational case is straightforward: LEDs draw less power than the fluorescents they replace and last longer between replacements, which lowers ongoing booth running costs over the life of the booth.

Warranty

iDEAL covers this product with a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year electrical, hydraulic, and parts warranty. iDEAL pays shipping on warranty parts for the first 30 days; wear items are excluded. Cylinders found defective in the first 30 days are replaced outright (seal kits are supplied after that window). Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery ticket — any damage or shortage must be noted on the ticket and reported within 72 hours of delivery.
