Description

The iDEAL PSB-SSDD-PSDK-AK side personnel door kit adds a second personnel door to an iDEAL Semi Downdraft or Side Downdraft paint booth. Shops add this door when their floor layout, prep-area position, or shop-flow makes a single personnel door impractical — for example, when the booth’s standard door faces a wall, opens into a parts staging area, or forces painters to walk around the booth between cycles.

The door measures 36" W x 84" H and includes a tempered glass viewing window so the painter can see in or out without breaking the booth seal. Construction matches the booth itself: heavy-duty dual-skin panel finished in bright white powder coat inside and outside. The kit ships with the door, frame hardware, hinges, pressure latch, handles, door limit switch, door-activated shut-off switch, and 5/16" bolt-and-nut assembly — everything needed to cut in and install the door on a compatible booth.

Warranty

iDEAL covers this product with a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year electrical, hydraulic, and parts warranty. iDEAL pays shipping on warranty parts for the first 30 days; wear items are excluded. Cylinders found defective in the first 30 days are replaced outright (seal kits are supplied after that window). Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery ticket — any damage or shortage must be noted on the ticket and reported within 72 hours of delivery.
