POST-INSERT LANDMINE
Unlike our freestanding landmine, the BOLT Post-Insert Landmine is secured by the central hole of a weight plate, preferably a stack of heavy ones.
Once the Post Insert Landmine is stable, any Olympic-sized barbell can be fitted into the socket of the pivot sleeve and dozens of rotational training exercises performed: landmine rows, landmine presses, standing barbell Russian twists, bent-over rows, push presses, push jerks, cleans, deadlifts, and many more.
Push the Post-Insert Landmine's functionality even further with our chinning attachment or any of our multi-grip landmine handles. With a full pivot range in all directions, the only limit is your own imaginations and (of course) mobility.
When not in use, the landmine tube can be easily stored thanks to its small footprint of 6 by 12 inches. Equally suited for residential users and professional training centers alike, the landmine is perfect for athletes who want to get the most out of their barbell workouts.
