Gym Gear Encore ECE7 Elliptical Cross Trainer
The Encore Cross trainer offers a smooth motion and a heavy duty robust frame. This combined with an easy to use computer and multiple handlebars offering a variety of hand positions with heart rate contact sensors on the front bars. The large pedals feature a comfortable soft gel surface with a grippy texture to keep the feet planted firmly in place. The 20 levels of resistance allows you to progress as your fitness level improves improving your cardiovascular endurance at the same time as increasing the strength in your arms and legs. Last but not least the Encore ECE5 Elliptical Cross Trainer is self powered. Just a few turns of the pedals will kick in the self generator and activate the console, starting you on your way to a new you.
