Drop-in lithium conversion kit for the Bad Boy Buggies Classic 2006-2010 48V system. Replaces the factory lead-acid battery pack with a purpose-built Fleet Lithium bundle sized for your vehicle's tray and electrical demands.

Fitment & Compatibility
- Vehicle: Bad Boy Buggies Classic 2006-2010 48V
- Factory battery config: Eight 6V lead-acid batteries
- Vehicle class: UTV / Utility
Controller / Electrical Note: 48V factory drive. Fleet packs provide 300A continuous and 800A peak. Confirm the visible controller label and stock configuration before installation; modified controllers require separate electrical review.
Modification Required: Replace or bypass the factory lead-acid charger with CH5618, install the Fleet SOC gauge, and retain required DC-DC/accessory feeds. Do not drill frame rails. Ships with a vehicle-specific bracket kit, matched to your factory tray — no frame drilling required.
Fitment Notes: Use only after the customer selects Classic - 2006-2010, eight 6V lead-acid batteries. Confirm battery count, voltage, chemistry, controller/charger labels and the photographed physical layout.
