Installation & compliance notes

• Install on a level, well-ventilated surface with adequate clearance for cooling and servicing.
• Hard-wire connection by a qualified electrician; add an ATS if automatic changeover is required.
• Provide appropriately rated earthing, over-current and RCD protection according to local regulations.
• Use diesel to EN 590 (or equivalent). Check oil and coolant levels before first start.

Can I run sensitive electronics?
Yes—thanks to the AVR holding voltage within ±1%, the XL-DK-11S is suitable for most sensitive loads. Always size the generator correctly and consider surge loads.

Can it switch on automatically during a power cut?
Yes—add an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to enable automatic changeover between mains and generator.

How noisy is it?
Rated 68 dB(A) at 7 m in free-field conditions. Ultra-low-noise canopy options are available if further reduction is needed.

What’s the runtime?
At 100% load the engine uses approx. 2.3 L/hr; with the 25 L tank that’s around 10.8 hours. Expect longer runtime at typical part-loads.
