Seamlessly manoeuvre through 7 backrest positions to target all major upper body muscle groups and add exercise variation. Equipped with an integrated fully welded anchor point for battle rope training. Easy access dumbbell storage for up to 6 dumbbell pairs, additional kettlebell and slam ball storage at the front and back of the bench, with storage in the centre for battle ropes and other accessories Wheels at the back of the bench for portability.
