The EMAX Silent Air Industrial ESPR10V120V3-460 is a 10 HP, 120-gallon two-stage piston air compressor built for continuous shop and light-industrial duty. Its belt-driven, pressure-lubricated pump delivers 38 CFM and tops out at 175 PSI, running on 460V three-phase power through a 25-amp circuit.

Air is compressed in two stages by a pressure-lubricated pump fed through a spin-on oil filter, which keeps clean oil moving to the bearings and extends service life. EMAX rates the pump for an estimated 70,000 hours of operation. A TEFC (totally enclosed, fan-cooled) motor stands up to the dust and humidity common in working shops.

A built-in radiator aftercooler cools the compressed air leaving the pump so moisture condenses and drops out before it reaches the tank, helping protect the tank, air lines, and tools from rust and water carryover. The warranty extends to a full 5 years when you register the unit and follow EMAX's extended-warranty maintenance plan using EMAX SMART OIL. FAQ

What are the electrical requirements?

The unit runs on 460V three-phase power. It draws 14.1 full-load amps (at a 1.15 service factor), needs a 25-amp breaker, and must be installed on its own dedicated circuit. Have a licensed electrician complete the wiring to NEC and local codes.

Does it include an air dryer?

No — this is the standalone compressor. The radiator aftercooler removes a large share of moisture on its own; for moisture-critical work such as painting or plasma cutting, add a refrigerated air dryer downstream.

How is it installed?

The compressor must be anchored to a flat, level concrete floor and set on rubber anti-vibration pads (1/4-inch maximum thickness). EMAX specifies 3/8-inch wedge anchors 3.5 inches long, and at least 15 inches of clearance around the unit for airflow and service access. Keep the installation area between 35°F and 110°F.
