Description

The EMAX ERVK070003-208 is a factory-assembled rotary screw air compressor package built for shops and light-industrial operations that need a steady, continuous supply of dry compressed air. A 7.5 HP oil-injected rotary screw air end, a 120-gallon matte-black horizontal receiver tank, and an integrated 30 CFM refrigerated air dryer arrive plumbed and wired on a single base, ready to connect to 208–230V three-phase power and shop air.

Rotary screw air ends are engineered for steady, continuous airflow and up to 100% duty cycle, which makes them well suited to industrial plants and high-demand shops that run air tools for long stretches. This air end delivers 29 CFM at up to 145 PSI and carries an estimated pump life of approximately 100,000 hours. A front-mounted digital control panel and emergency-stop button sit on the compressor cabinet, and a swing-arm bracket lets the refrigerated dryer hinge away from the compressor for service access.

Every unit is backed by a 1-year standard warranty on both the compressor and the dryer, with optional extended-warranty plans available.

Warranty

EMAX backs the compressor with a 1-year standard warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship — including the rotary screw pump and the electric motor — plus one year of warranty labor from an authorized technician. The integrated refrigerated dryer carries its own 1-year standard warranty on parts and labor.

Optional extended-warranty plans are available. On the compressor, the extended plan covers the rotary screw pump and the three-phase motor for up to 10 years and other components for up to 5 years; the dryer plan extends coverage to 3 years. Extended coverage requires registering the plan and following EMAX's maintenance schedule, including the use of EMAX SMART OIL™ and genuine filters — break-in oil and filters changed at 600 hours, then service annually or every 4,000 hours.¹

On warranty parts, EMAX covers ground freight for the first 180 days; after that, freight on warranty parts is the owner's responsibility. To protect dryer coverage, install the unit in a clean, well-ventilated space below 100°F ambient and away from dusty environments such as concrete, granite, or marble operations unless a dedicated dust-free, ventilated area is provided.
