Please note that non-defective items that have not been opened should be returned in new condition. Outdoor power equipment that has been fill with gasoline is not eligible for return unless defective. DK2 trailers are non-returnable when assembled. Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are good for 30-days from the date of issue.

If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
