20 mil Ultimate Duty White/White Woven Polyethylene Fire Retardant Tarp is our heaviest weight most durable poly tarp. Our poly tarps are not imported tarps, but are proudly made right here in the USA with higher quality materials making it a superior product. Our heat-sealed seams are bonded using the latest advanced technology available making these tarps 100% waterproof. Our folded webbing reinforced edges provide strength and durability that include # 4 stainless steel grommets in all corners and spaced 24 inches apart. This 10 oz. poly tarpaulin is 20 mils thick and waterproof, fire retardant, mildew resistant, UV resistant, rot resistant, acid-resistant and it even remains flexible in cold weather.

More About Poly:

Woven Coated Polyethylene (WPE) is a textile formed by weaving strips of plastic together on a loom by interlacing two or more threads at right angles known as warp and weft. Woven fabrics stretch diagonally on the bias directions creating a stronger fabric. WPE has an extremely high tear and tensile strengths and offers longer UV life than normal blown plastic films. This material is coated with a poly resin offered in many different colors and thicknesses. WPE has very high strength to weight ratio which allows it to be fabricated into large one piece covers capable of covering more than one acre with just one piece.
