The CRL Petite Series offers a wide range of hinges designed for frameless shower doors with 1/4" (6 mm) to 5/16" (8 mm) tempered safety glass. These hinges are versatile and allow for various application configurations, providing design flexibility. The Petite Series includes three types: The PET044 Wall Mount Flush Back Plate Hinge, which ensures a clean exterior look as all mounting screws are located inside the shower; the PET181 Glass-to-Glass Hinge, used to attach a door to a fixed panel in a 180-degree plane, enabling the door to swing in a full 180-degree arc outwards; and the PET182 Glass-to-Glass Hinge, allowing the door to swing in a complete 180-degree arc inwards. The Petite Hinges feature mitered edges with curved corners, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. They also have plates that are 25% thicker than those of competitive hinges, reducing deflection and offering greater holding power.
