The self generating Life Fitness Club Series Upright Bike offers superior product features, advanced exercise technology and a modern design that would look great in any home. Comfort is important during any exercise and the fine tuned, ergonomically sound seat position along with wide self levelling pedal with simple buckle straps provides this in spades. The handle bars offer a variety of grip positions so if you just want to cruise along or push yourself to the limits in the racing position your hand and arm position is catered for. Also integrated within the handle bars are resistance controls making workout changes easy. The generator drive system with 8 ribbed poly-V belt resistance provides a smooth, quiet operation and requires limited maintenance.
