Shipping and delivery

The compressor ships as palletised freight within the lower 48 states, free of charge.

Arrange the unload before you order — this is the part people leave to the day. 590 lbs standing on a pallet needs a forklift, a dock, or a pallet jack with level ground; the driver's responsibility ends at the back of the trailer. If you have none of that, choose terminal pickup and collect it with your own transport. A home address is a residential delivery and carries a residential fee.

Inspect it before you sign. Look over the tank, the pump, the gauges and the fittings while the driver is still there, and write any damage or shortage onto the bill of lading before signing. A tall vertical tank is exactly the kind of freight that gets knocked in transit, and a note on the paperwork is what turns that into a claim rather than an argument.
