No Dumbbells Included
The Bowflex Selectech Dumbbell stand is designed with safety in mind. The whole purpose of the stand is to eliminate bending down to pick up the Selectech Dumbbells, protecting the lower back from strain and injury. However the stand offers more in the way of a Media Rack that provides a safe place to store your Smartphone or Tablet if you decide to download and workout with the JRNY ® Training app that can sync with the dumbbells. The rack is compatible with both the Bowflex Selectech 552I and 1090i dumbbell pairs
