With the Bowflex Selectech 840 Kettlebell you can replace 6 individual Kettlebells. By simply rotating the dial on the top of the Kettlebell you can adjust the weight from 3.5kg to 18kg (8lbs to 40lbs). All you have to do then is pick up the Bowflex Kettlebell with the handle and the chosen weight is selected. Combine the dumbbells with the JRNY ® Training app on your Smartphone or tablet and get trainer led workouts developed specifically for the Selectech Kettlebell and much more.
