Body-Solid G6B Bi-Angular Multi-Station Gym
This selectorized multi-station home gym is built around Body-Solid's patented Bi-Angular® press arm, a converging press path that applies resistance from two directions at once for chest, incline, and mid-row work. A Perfect Pec™ station, SmoothGlide™ leg developer, and high, mid, and low pulleys cover upper body, core, and legs in one footprint.
The 210 lb weight stack is pin-select and upgradeable to 260 lb. A 12-gauge high-tensile steel frame, 2,200 lb aircraft cables, and a no-cable-change layout keep transitions fast between stations. DuraFirm™ pads with lumbar support and a gas-assisted chrome seat post help users of different heights stay in position.

Bi-Angular® Press Arm
Body-Solid's patented Bi-Angular® press guides the handles through a converging path so resistance comes from two directions at once, closer to a free-weight dumbbell press than a straight-bar machine path. The manufacturer states this multi-directional load produces 25% more muscle interaction by reducing the dead zones where a conventional press arm lets the muscle rest. Chest press, incline press, and mid-row share the same station.
Perfect Pec™ Station
The Perfect Pec™ station uses a dual-cam design with variable resistance and swivel arms so each side can work independently or together. That setup supports a longer stretch at the open position and peak contraction at the close, which is the difference between a fixed pec-deck arc and a station that tracks the shoulder.
SmoothGlide Bearing System™
The leg developer rides on Body-Solid's SmoothGlide Bearing System™ with a biomechanically placed pivot and an integrated cam that keeps resistance from falling off at the end of the stroke. Self-aligning contoured cuffs follow the shin through the range of motion so the pad stays seated on both extension and curl.
