Center knurling aids bar retention for back squats and front rack positions, while the double-knurl marks on the shaft follow standard IWF/IPF grip width guidelines. With 51.5 inches of space between collars, it is compatible with all standard Olympic benches, squat racks, and power cages. Weight plates and collars not included.
