The hardened chrome lightly textured end sleeves spin freely via self lubricating needle bearings on a Black Zinc coated shaft. Dual markings for both Olympic lifting and Powerlifting transform this bar into an all purpose training bar.

• Barbell rating of 1500lbs - 680kg.
• 205 000 PSI Tensile Strength Steel.
• Net weight of the barbell is 20.0kg.
• Barbell dimensions are 2200mm long x Ø28mm shaft size.
• Barbell shaft is 1310mm long between internal flange of end sleeves.
• End sleeves to suit Olympic plates are Ø50mm x 410mm long plate loading capacity.
• The end sleeves are precisely machined with minimal tolerances. Internal circlips securely and permanently lock the end sleeves and bearings in place to prevent lateral movement.
• Each bar features quad needle bearings being a pair of bearings on each end of the bar to provide a super smooth high spin rate required for the quick lifts.
• Dual ring markings are spaced at both 810mm and 910mm for Powerlifting and Olympic lifting with a moderate knurling applied  (no centre knurl on this bar).
• Black Harden Chrome coated shaft combined with Hardened Chrome coated end sleeves provides a durable maintenance free finish to the barbell. 
• The barbell is supplied in a protective cardboard tube - 2240mm long x Ø80mm round - Gross weight 22.5kg.
