Description
The automatic Stand Alone Midwedge is a combination of a Wedge Press and Mini Wedge. It takes up only two square feet of counter space and can produce up to 500 fresh flour tortillas per hour from 4" to 7" in diameter. The Counter Top Tortilla Grill, with its adonized aluminum surface, makes tortilla cooking a cinch. Plus, each unit sits on a sleek, mobile, stainless steel stand/table fit with tray flaps for easy stock access and storage. Available with the 2' x 2' (shown above) or 2' x 4' Tortilla Grill and Grill Stand. The unit can be purchased separately, or as a combination unit for optimal tortilla production.
