The AXIS - EXPERT 205 is a technologically advanced multi purpose cutter that will satisfy every possible need for the preparation of vegetables and fruits, It has a wide variety of interchangeable cutting disks to cut, slice. grate, granulate, shred, cut, slice, julienne, match-like, strip-like and much more. The EXPERT 205 improved design granulates and shreds quickly and accurately without any alteration of the natural qualities of the product. Now supplied with a powerful 1.0 HP motor making your cutting tasks a whole lot easier.

Incorporated is a special cylindrical feed hopper to facililtate the cutting of long shaped vegetables. The unit is forged of a high quality anodized polished aluminum which guarantees the finish to be resistant to wear, scratches and shocks.

The hourly production capacity varies from 350 lbs. to 500 lbs. per hour; depending on the type of product being processed. This heavy workload is accomplished by a plate speed of 300 RPM, allowing the product to be cut to gently maintain its cell structure. Collectively, this will result in slower oxidation, therefore less cell damage and longer life with a better end result.
