Description

The Autel CVMALDW is a static Lane Departure Warning (LDW) calibration package built around the MaxiSYS ADAS MA600 mobile frame, configured for shops servicing light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The package includes the LDW 2.0 target set, the CV pattern bracket, the CSC0611-06 pattern for heavy-duty trucks running the Bendix Wingman safety system, and the ACC reflector for radar calibration on the same vehicles.

The MA600 mobile frame rolls into position next to the vehicle and sets up with the included 5-line and 2-line lasers for fast wheel-thrust alignment, then stores compactly between jobs in the included LDW target storage case. The CVMALDW ships without a tablet — the calibration software runs on the MaxiSYS 909CV diagnostic tablet (sold separately), which adds dynamic calibration on Class 3-5 and Class 6-8 vehicles plus the static setup software for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, RAM ProMaster, and Bendix Wingman heavy-duty trucks.

What can I calibrate with this package?

What's the CV pattern bracket for?

The bracket allows the heavy-duty CV LDW pattern (CSC0611-06, used for trucks equipped with the Bendix Wingman system) to mount on the MA600 mobile frame. Without the bracket, the larger CV pattern cannot be used with the mobile MA600 platform.

Is this a mobile or fixed-frame system?

Mobile. The MA600 frame rolls on casters and is built for shops that bring the calibration setup to the vehicle rather than fix the vehicle into a dedicated calibration bay. Autel also produces a fixed-frame Standard CV ADAS package for shops with a permanent calibration bay; this CVMALDW listing is the mobile MA600 variant.
