The TTC306 is built for truck, bus, commercial van and agricultural tires. The hydraulic self-centering chuck clamps rims from 4¼" up to 45", and the included clamping extensions take it to 56" — with 13,173 lbs of clamping power holding the rim through the cycle. It handles tires up to 94.5" in diameter and 51.2" wide, and wheels weighing up to 3,968 lbs, which puts rear tractor tires and 380/90 R46 sprayer tires inside its working range.

• Two-speed hydraulic drive — a 2.2 kW pump motor and a 2.6/3.2 kW double-speed gearbox motor turn the chuck at two speeds, so you can creep during bead work and speed up for the rest of the cycle.
• Auto-swiveling bead breaking disc and hook tool — 5,930 lbs of bead breaking force, with automatic positioning of the bead tool, carriage and chuck arm to cut setup time between wheels.
• Mobile wired control unit — joystick controls, speed pedal and emergency stop on a movable station, so the operator stands where the sightline is best instead of where the console happens to be. A wireless control is available as an option.
• Steel and alloy rim protection — rim clamps for steel and alloy wheels plus an aluminum rim adapter set with plastic inserts come standard, so polished aluminum truck wheels go on the same machine as steel fleet wheels.
• Hydraulic safety systems — a check valve on the spindle hydraulic line keeps the arm from dropping a lifted wheel if a line fails, backed by a 130-bar pressure relief valve and pump motor overload protection.

Atlas WBT-210 Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer

The WBT-210 is a computer wheel balancer sized for the same bay: a 40 mm shaft that takes wheels up to 440 lbs, including 300-lb semi tires, on rims from 10" to 32". The air-powered wheel lift raises the wheel onto the shaft for you — the difference between a one-person balancing station and a two-person job on every truck wheel.

• Two balancing speeds — 150 rpm for car and light-truck wheels, 90 rpm for heavy truck wheels, with accuracy of 1 g in car mode and 10 g in truck mode and 1.4° position resolution.
• Static and dynamic modes with self-diagnosis and self-calibration — plus weight-optimization (OPT) mode to minimize the correction weight a wheel needs.
• Automatic start and stop — the cycle starts when the hood closes and brakes the wheel when it opens.
• Car and truck tooling included — both cone sets, quick-release wing nut, heavy-duty steel wing nut, weight pliers and width calipers are in the crate.

Power and Installation Requirements

Plan the bay before the crates arrive — these are the requirements buyers most often discover late:

• TTC306 power: 220V three-phase. Both drive motors are three-phase. If your building only has single-phase service, you will need a phase converter sized by your electrician before the machine can run. The WBT-210 runs on ordinary 220V single-phase.
• Concrete: Atlas specifies a level concrete floor at least 8" thick (B25 quality, roughly 3,600 PSI) under the TTC306. For wheels over 2,204 lbs (1,000 kg), anchor bolts are required — drilled 130 mm deep with the anchors engaging at least 125 mm of slab.
• Floor space: the TTC306 occupies roughly 88" × 65", and Atlas calls for generous working clearance around the machine for handling large tires — check the manual's layout diagram against your bay before committing the spot.
• Shop air: the WBT-210's wheel lift needs a compressed-air line delivering 115–140 PSI.
• Electrical connection for both machines should be made by a qualified electrician on grounded, dedicated circuits.
