The air-cooled aftercooler shown above is part of the Plus Package. Is 20 CFM at 145 PSI enough to run multiple shop tools at once?

For most 3-to-4-bay shops, yes. A 1/2" impact wrench typically draws 4–5 CFM at 90 PSI intermittent, a die grinder 5–8 CFM continuous, and a HVLP paint gun 9–13 CFM continuous. With 20 CFM available at 145 PSI tank pressure and an 80-gallon reservoir, the AF8P can run two-to-three intermittent tools simultaneously and recovers quickly. High-continuous-draw tools like media blasters and large sanders may want a higher-CFM compressor.

Is this single-phase or three-phase?

Single-phase. The AF8P runs on 220V single-phase service, 30 amp breaker, #10 wire. No three-phase service required. The factory-mounted EATON magnetic starter handles motor inrush, so you do not need a separate motor starter.

What exactly is the Plus Package?

Will the AF8P fit through a standard shop door?
