A 1.8 HP running motor (2 HP peak) runs on standard 110-volt single-phase household power and feeds a 20-gallon ASME-rated vertical tank, so the compressor lives in the corner of the shop, rolls to the bay on its oversized wheels, and plugs into an ordinary 110V outlet without an electrical service upgrade.
Delivered output is 7.8 CFM at 40 PSI and 6.0 CFM at 90 PSI, with operating pressure cycling between 90 and 125 PSI. Continuous-duty tools that pull higher CFM — sanders, die grinders, framing nailers in long runs — will outrun the AF2’s recovery rate and stall on pressure.
