The ASL27 75 x 58mm Slimline Straight Tredsafe Stair Nosing is a high-performance, DDA-compliant aluminium profile designed for applications requiring maximum visibility, safety, and a professional finish. Featuring a straight-front profile with a  PVC insert on both the tread and riser, this nosing provides enhanced slip resistance while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.

As part of the Tredsafe Aluminator® range, the ASL27 includes an integrated photoluminescent strip that charges using natural or artificial light and glows automatically in low-light conditions or during power outages. This improves stair-edge visibility and supports safe evacuation without the need for wiring, batteries, or maintenance.

Ideal for public buildings, commercial staircases, and high-traffic areas, the ASL27 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It’s compatible with a wide range of substrates including concrete, tile, timber, vinyl, steel, and checker plate. Supplied pre-drilled through the insert, with colour-matched pips to conceal fixings. Undrilled or channel-only configurations with separately supplied inserts are available on request. Fixings not included.
