The ASL15 66 x 32mm Tredsafe Stair Nosing is a durable, slimline aluminium profile designed for effective stair-edge protection and enhanced visibility in both commercial and domestic environments. As part of the Tredsafe Aluminator® range, it includes a photoluminescent glow-in-the-dark strip that charges under natural or artificial light and automatically illuminates in power-loss conditions — supporting safe evacuation in emergencies.

Fitted with a high-performance, non-slip PVC insert, the ASL15 enhances underfoot grip while providing a modern, low-profile finish that integrates seamlessly with various floor types. The profile is compatible with concrete, timber, tile, vinyl, steel, and checker plate surfaces, and comes in a wide range of insert colours to suit design or compliance needs.

This stair nosing is ideal for high-traffic areas where safety, durability, and low-maintenance performance are required — such as schools, hospitals, public buildings, retail environments, and residential properties.

Supplied pre-drilled through the insert, with colour-matched pips to conceal fixings. Undrilled and channel-only configurations with separately supplied inserts are available upon request. Fixings not included — installer must select appropriate method for the subfloor.
