The ASL03 57 x 40mm Tredsafe Stair Nosing is a bullnose aluminium profile designed to combine modern aesthetics, durability, and safety in both commercial and domestic environments. Featuring a curved front edge, this profile provides a clean and elegant finish to staircases while ensuring maximum slip resistance and visibility.

As part of the Aluminator® range, this profile integrates a glow-in-the-dark photoluminescent strip that absorbs light from natural or artificial sources and activates in the dark. This system enhances visibility during power failures or emergencies, allowing evacuees to safely locate stair edges and risers without the need for electrical connections or ongoing maintenance.

Fitted with a non-slip PVC insert, the ASL03 profile supports safe foot traffic in both wet and dry conditions. It’s ideal for internal or external use on a wide range of surfaces including concrete, timber, tile, vinyl, steel, and checker plate. Available in multiple insert colours to match safety standards or complement architectural finishes.

Supplied pre-drilled through the insert, with colour-matched pips to conceal fixings. Undrilled and channel-only configurations with separately supplied inserts are available upon request. Fixings not included.
