Bolt offers two different 3-in-1 boxes, a smaller platform with dimensions of 16” x 20” x 24” and a larger one with dimensions of 20” x 24” x 30”. You are currently on the 20” x 24” x 30” page.
Each can be rotated to present platforms of three different heights.
The ultra-dense foam construction of Bolt's 3-in-1 Foam Plyo Box gives athletes a safe and comfortable surface on which to perform plyometric exercises. Unlike traditional wooden plyo boxes, whose rigid frames can snap and splinter, the Anchor’s industrial-grade foam, heavy-rubber core, and the anti-slip surface provide all the stability of a solid platform while minimizing the risk of injury.
