Description
The AMPTRON® battery monitor is a high-precision current-type battery capacity meter (also known as a coulometer) designed to monitor the performance of battery systems. The unit continuously measures voltage, charge and discharge current, energy consumed, and remaining battery capacity (State of Charge). This information leads to more efficient use of the battery system.
The product can monitor most battery types, including Lithium-ion, Lithium Iron Phosphate, Lead Acid, and Nickel-metal Hydride batteries with a working voltage from 8V to 80V.
FEATURES
•Quick and easy setup to display key battery information such as State of Charge (both % and Ah), Voltage, Current draw, Temperature, Cycles etc.
•Suitable for compliance with AS/NZS 3001.2:2022 and AS/NZS 3004.2:2014 standards.
• Built-in audible alarm that will trigger on adverse battery conditions prior to battery shut-down.
• Conveniently view battery alarm codes.
• View consolidated battery information for a bank / group of connected BluEdge batteries in one convenient display (for models that supports parallel communication). For the 24V, 36V and 48V batteries – dive down into cell voltage data for each connected battery in the group.
• Easy fixing with flexible flush mounted design and range extendable via common UTP network cables. *** Please note, the display unit requires a compatible communications adapter cable to connect to a battery. Refer to the table below for the compatible cable for each battery model.
