The ABS ABSMRO-2G Double Rack Oven
A joint venture between Macadams and ABS to bring a high-quality rack oven to the USA with industrial baking qualities at a reasonable cost. Heavy-duty gear driven rack lift with B-style rack holder holds one double rack or two single racks per bake cycle. The water drop steam system produces perfect steam every bake – fans automatically pause when steam is introduced. Electric damper standard. Uses Blue Angel burner (included).
