95mm² flexible LSZH cable – sold per metre

This 95mm² orange single-core flexible cable is sold by the metre and cut to the ordered length. Its plain annealed Class 5 copper conductor is suited to battery banks, inverters, busbars, solar and energy-storage systems, and other correctly designed power installations.

Low-smoke zero-halogen construction

X-HF-110 insulation and an HFS-110-TP outer sheath provide flexible low-smoke zero-halogen construction. The cable is rated at 0.6/1kV and is manufactured to the applicable conductor, insulation and cable standards listed below.

Free-air current-carrying capacity

Reference current-carrying capacity: 434A. This is the AS/NZS 3008.1.1:2017 Table 6 value for two single-core flexible copper cables with 110°C X-HF-110 insulation, unenclosed and spaced in free air at 40°C ambient air temperature.

Cable selection and installation

Derating and cable selection: This reference value is not a universal circuit rating. Correction and derating factors apply for ambient temperature, grouping or bundling, installation method, enclosure, thermal insulation and other heat sources. Cable selection must also account for voltage drop, run length, termination ratings, overcurrent protection and duty cycle. Have the circuit designed and installed by a suitably qualified person.
