The iTechworld 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter

Converts 12V DC battery power into 240V AC mains power, so the gear you use at home works the same way in the caravan, the canopy or on site. 3000W continuous with 6000W peak is enough for a kettle, a microwave, an induction cooktop or a full toolkit — and enough headroom to run more than one at a time.

Pure Sine Wave Output

Pure sine wave output matches the waveform of household mains, which is what laptops, CPAP machines, TVs and motor-driven appliances need to run properly. Cheaper modified sine wave units can introduce buzz, interference or reduced efficiency in sensitive gear. Total harmonic distortion sits under 3%.

3000W Continuous, 6000W Peak

3000W of continuous output with 6000W of peak headroom for appliances that draw hard on start-up, like fridge compressors, pumps and power tools. Conversion efficiency of 89–92% means less of your battery is lost as heat.

15A Australian Outlet

The 240V 3-pin outlet is rated to 15A, which covers the inverter's full 3000W output (12.5A at 240V) without needing to step down. Standard 10A appliance plugs fit the 15A socket as well.

Load-Controlled Cooling Fan

The cooling fan is load-controlled, so it only spins up when the inverter senses a heavier load or rising internal temperature. Quieter at camp, and lower idle draw when you're only running something small.

Built-In Battery Protections

Over-voltage protection at 15.5V, under-voltage protection at 10.5V and short-circuit protection are all built in, so the inverter shuts down before it pulls your battery bank too low or damages itself. Runs from LiFePO4, AGM, gel or standard lead-acid batteries.

Optional RC3 Remote Control

Mount the optional RC3 V2 remote somewhere you can actually see it and switch the inverter on and off without climbing into the battery box. Without the remote, status is read from the front panel LEDs.

Built for Australian Conditions

Vibration-resistant construction for corrugated tracks, IP22 rated, and an operating range of -10°C to 50°C. At full 3000W load it draws roughly 260A from a 12.8V lithium battery once conversion losses are allowed for, so this one needs a substantial battery bank and heavy-gauge fused cabling to match.
