New and improved design! As of March 2026

We have made some changes to our SBR Gym Floor Tiles to now include plastic connectors to interlock each tile together. This prevents gaps from forming over time and helps with installation. We have also incorporated our shock absorbing pattern on the base, to reduce impact and noise from falling weights, as well as air and water ventilation!

Our Black Rubber SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) Gym Floor Tiles feature a structured coarse to fine granule filling. The coarse granules at the bottom of the tile allow for more shock absorption, while the top being more fine granules provides a smooth yet grippy surface. Please see product images. 

The bottom layer of the tile is designed to be less dense, and features a unique shock absorbing pattern for improved strength and bounce when dropping heavy weights, and also offer more protection to your floor underneath the tiles.

You can lock the tiles in place with the included plastic connectors. The connectors help with installation, improve the rigidity of the tiles, and also reduces the amount the tiles move through temperature changes and general usage.

We recommend installation in the brick style pattern. This creates a more aesthetic look in the gym, and provides a more secure fitment. 

20mm Thick Rubber Gym Flooring is crucial for not only protecting the floor underneath, but for noise reduction, slip prevention and preservation of the equipment being dropped or used. 

These tiles are VOC tested, the results show between no detection to low VOC emissions - the tiles are safe in indoor environments, no harmful off-gassing.

The under layer is designed to be less dense, resulting in more bounce to help protect your flooring underneath. The top layer is made from recycled SBR which is well known for it's resistance to abrasion and long lasting ability to hold its quality, the adhesive used to make these tiles is also very low odour.

The Edges and Corners can be purchased seperately, and these connect to the tiles using the same plastic connectors provided. They provide a sloped edge for entrances to the gym, or where the flooring isn't touching a wall. They are made from more dense materials, improving resistance to wear and tear.
