Why choose CIGS technology over standard Monocrystalline?
CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) panels are more efficient in low light and shaded conditions. They are also significantly more durable; while monocrystalline panels can develop micro-cracks when bent or walked on, CIGS is inherently flexible and crack-proof.
Is this panel truly "Peel and Stick"?
Yes. The back of the panel features a high-grade industrial adhesive. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and flat/uniformly curved before applying. No additional mounts are required.
What solar controller is recommended for the SELM3-185?
With a Vmp of 27.3V, we recommend using an MPPT solar charge controller to efficiently charge a 12V or 24V battery bank. A 15A or 20A MPPT controller is ideal for this single panel.
