The salt system is a more ecological, safe and autonomous solution for maintaining the quality of your pool's water. Salt (NaCl) is made up of two molecules: Sodium (Na) and Chlorine (Cl). The electrolysis thus creates available chlorine to eliminate bacteria, algae and other unwanted particles, while the sodium gives a little salty taste to your water in addition to keeping it soft to the touch and less irritating for your eyes.

Automatic Flow Stop

The system automatically stops chlorine production when it no longer detects waterflow, which increases the lifetime of your cell.

Boost Mode

With the press of a simple button, increase the production of your system to 125% for 24 hours. After these 24 hours, the system will return to its last programming. Very useful when you need that chlorine shock treatment!

Hybrid Mode

Whether you prefer to operate in Normal Salt (3000 ppm) or Low Salt (1500 ppm), the Minisalt chlorine generator is a hybrid system that allows you to operate in both settings.

Hybrid salt systems allow pool owners to choose the salinity level of their pool and adapt it through the season if necessary. Using a current density control system (Amperage Control) instead of a current voltage control system (Voltage Control), we found a more accurate production of chlorine. Customizable and efficient, enjoy crystal clear water at all times.

How Does it Work?

Salt electrolysis occurs by using a positive and a negative pole in the cell, thus enabling electrolysis. The electrolysis separates the salt particles (NaCl) that are present in the water into two molecules; sodium (Na) and chlorine (Cl). This is how we keep the quality of the water crystal clear at all times with a constant, but minimal injection of chlorine into the water.
