Rival Strength's 12KG Chrome Olympic 5ft Barbell is an ideal bar for curls, presses and squats, or even great for younger lifters or those just starting out in weightlifting!
This bar is almost the exact same as our popular 10KG Rival Chrome Olympic 5ft Barbell - just slightly heavier!
With a 400LB / 180KG load capacity and bearings in the sleeves, the bar can be loaded heavy while having a smooth spin to reduce the torque during the lift. This is highly important for curling exercises, like the bicep curl.
As the barbell is 5 foot long and 12KG, it is great for improving form, or for those who are recovering from injuries.
